  2.  OUR INSURANCE IS THE BEST AVAILABLE. WE'RE NOT JUST BONDED, BUT WE ALSO HAVE LIABILITY, AGAINST CRIME AND EMPLOYEE ACCIDENT COVERAGE. YOUR HOME, OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND J AND M CLEANING ARE INCLUDED IN THE COVERAGE. INSURANCE VALIDATION CERTIFICATE IS AVAILABLE TO BE SEEN UPON REQUEST.
  • WHAT IF SOMETHING IN MY HOME GETS BROKEN?                                                                                                                                                  JANDM CLEANING REALIZE THE NATURE OF CLEANING REQUIRES OUR STAFF TO TOUCH VIRTUALLY ALL ITEMS WITHIN ONE'S HOME OR OFFICE. DAMAGE/LOSS DOES OCCUR, AND IF YOU BECOME THE VICTIM OF LOSS THEN CONTACT THE OFFICE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE CLEANING DATE.
HOW DO J AND M ACCESS MY HOME IF I AM NOT THERE?

 J AND  M CLEANING MUST BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR HOME ON THE DATE SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING. THERE ARE THREE CHOICES: 1) THE MOST CONVENIENT: YOU MAY LEAVE A KEY ON FILE IN OUR OFFICE KEY SAFE, THAT CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY J AND M CLEANING MANAGEMENT.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    2) YOU MAY LEAVE A KEY AT SOME DESIGNATED ACCESSIBLE PLACE AT YOUR RESIDENCE.                                                                                    3) SOME ONE AT THE RESIDENT TO LET THE CLEANER IN.


4) HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL CLEAN MY HOME?

OUR TEAMS VARY FROM JOB TO JOB GENERALLY, OUR SERVICE PROVIDER WORK IN TEAMS OF ONE OR TWO  SOMETIMES WE HAVE TEAMS OF THREE OR MORE.

5) WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME SERVICE PROVIDER?

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SEND THE SAME SERVICE PROVIDER EACH TIME. OCCASIONALLY THERE MAY BE A CHANGE IN THE SERVICE PROVIDER DUE TO ILLNESS, NO LONGER WORKING FOR THE COMPANY. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME PROVIDER EACH TIME.

6) HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?

J AND M CLEANING GLADLY ACCEPTS CASH, OR CHECKS. MONEY IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

7) WHAT IS THE COST OF MY CLEANING?

FEES ARE BASED ON THE SIZE AND CONDITION OF YOUR HOME. SOME FEES ARE QUOTED BY PHONE AS WELL AS OUR FLAT FEE RATE. ACCORDING TO YOUR HOME NEEDS EVERYONE PRICE IS DIFFERENT.

8) SHOULD I TIP THE SERVICE PROVIDER?

NOT REQUIRED. BUT IF YOU ARE PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICE WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION

9) WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE ARE CANCEL MY CLEANING DATE?

CALL J AND M CLEANING AND CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR CLEANING APPOINTMENT

10) HOW DO I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON MY CLEANING?
